Made to order

Fabrication and engineering

Two ways in. Send files that are ready to manufacture and we run them. Or describe what the thing has to do, and we design it first.

Pick the one that fits

Two ways to get a part

Route A

You have the files

STL, STEP, Gerber or a BOM. We check them for manufacturability, tell you anything that will bite, and print or fabricate directly.

  • Design-for-manufacture check before anything runs
  • We flag tolerance, clearance and annular-ring problems
  • Quoted from the file, not from a guess

Typically 2–7 working days

Route B

You have a requirement

No files, just a specification: what it mounts to, what it carries, what it has to survive. We do the CAD or the board design, get it approved, then manufacture it.

  • Mechanical CAD to your dimensions and load case
  • Schematic capture and PCB layout from a functional spec
  • You approve the design before we cut or print anything
  • Source files handed over — you are not locked in

Design in 3–10 working days, then manufacture

Indicative rates

What it costs

Published because a fabrication page without prices loses to any competitor that shows them. All figures are placeholder until confirmed.

Indicative fabrication rates
ServiceBasisFromLead time
3D printing, FDM per gram, PLA / PETG / ABS ₹62–4 days
3D printing, resin per gram, standard / tough ₹143–5 days
PCB, 2 layer per board, up to 100 × 100 mm ₹3405–7 days
PCB, 4 layer per board, up to 100 × 100 mm ₹7207–10 days
Assembly, SMT per joint, after setup ₹1.40+2 days
Component sourcing against your BOM, kitted and labelled quoted3–6 days

Before you send anything

Estimate it yourself

Set the envelope and the process. The figure updates as you move, and every intermediate number it used is shown so you can see where it came from.

Finer layers take longer and cost more machine time.

Placeholder rates (SVC-4). An estimate from a bounding box, not a quote from a file — a real quote needs the geometry, because a thin-walled part and a solid block of the same size do not cost the same.

What we need from you

3D PRINTING

Geometry

STL or STEP. STEP preferred — it keeps the real dimensions rather than a triangulated approximation.

  • Wall thickness at or above 1.2 mm for FDM
  • Tell us the material and the infill, or ask us to choose
  • Say which faces matter cosmetically
PCB

Fabrication data

Gerber RS-274X plus an Excellon drill file, or the native project. Both are fine; the native file lets us fix problems rather than just report them.

  • Layer count, board outline and finished thickness
  • Solder mask and silkscreen colour
  • Surface finish: HASL or ENIG
SOURCING

Bill of materials

CSV or spreadsheet with manufacturer part numbers. Generic descriptions mean we guess, and guessing costs you a revision.

  • MPN, quantity per board, and reference designator
  • Say which parts allow an equivalent substitute
  • Flag anything with a long lead time you already know about

Engineering time

Consultancy

Scoped engagements. You get named engineers, a written proposal, and the source files at handover.

  1. 01

    Enquiry

Tell us the problem and the constraint that actually binds — budget, date, weight, cost per unit. One paragraph is enough to start.

  2. 02

    Scoping call

Within 48 hours. We work out whether we are the right people, and say so plainly if we are not.

  3. 03

    Written proposal

Fixed deliverables, fixed price where the scope allows it, day rate where it genuinely does not. Assumptions listed.

  4. 04

    Build

Weekly written updates with whatever is working and whatever is not. No status theatre.

  5. 05

    Handover

Hardware, source files, firmware and documentation. You can take it to another supplier the next day if you want to.

Send a file or send a brief

Either is fine. If you are not sure which service you need, describe the outcome and we will tell you.
